- Sign and return Tenant 30-day Notice To Vacate form to our office. Notice timeline begins once we have received the signed document. Note: If you are breaking your lease, this document does not apply. Please contact our office to discuss further.
- Print out the Move Out Cleaning Checklist
- Clean your unit using the checklist. Perform repairs for any damages you are responsible to. Please keep in mind these repairs must be done to a satisfactory level. We reserve the right to evaluate the quality of work performed.
- Call our office to set up a move out walk through. This should be set for a time once the unit’s cleaning has been performed but before the lease end date.
