Application Procedure

1. Fill out the application online.
2. Pay the application fee of $45.00 online.
3. Provide a copy of your driver’s license.
4. Provide most recent pay stub or documentation of income for how you pay the rent.
5. Print the authorization forms and sign/date them only.

Return items 3-5 to our office via mail, fax, email, or drop off in person.

Note: A parental co-signor, or additional security deposit, will be required if you do not have one of the following:

1. Satisfactory employment.
2. Receive financial benefits from your parents.
3. Don’t have a formal rent history.
4. Don’t have a credit history.
